On July 27, under the mediation and supervision of the
International Committee of the Red Cross, 11 patients, along with their
attendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from the Republican
Medical Center of Artsakh Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Health of the
Republic of Artsakh reports.
Thirteen patients are expected to return to Artsakh with
their attendants in ICRC vehicles today. They were transferred to the Republic
of Armenia to receive state-funded treatment.
The Azerbaijani still does not allow the delivery of
essential medicines and medical supplies to Artsakh in ICRC vehicles.
