
From Best director to best actor: Who won the Golden Globe?
The stars of film and TV gathered in Los Angeles on Sunday for the 83rd Golden Globes ceremony, Euronews writes.
Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another and Netflix’s miniseries Adolescence were the big winners at last night’s Golden Globes, each taking home four awards.
Anderson won Best Director and Best Screenplay for One Battle After Another. The film also took home Best Film – Musical or Comedy, while Hamnet won Best Film – Drama.
In the acting categories, Jessie Buckley was named Best Actress – Drama for her performance in Hamnet, and Wagner Moura won Best Actor – Drama for his role in The Secret Agent. Rose Byrne received Best Actress – Musical or Comedy, and 30-year-old Timothée Chalamet took home Best Actor – Musical or Comedy for his performance in Marty Supreme, beating fellow nominees George Clooney and Leonardo DiCaprio.
