Large police force gathers outside City Hall while Mother Armenia protests

The bill on amendments to local fees and charges was on the
agenda for today’s Yerevan Council of Elders meeting. The draft suggests making
the annual parking fee 160,000 AMD instead of the current 12,000 AMD.

A large police force has gathered outside the City Hall.

Before the start of the Council of Elders meeting, the
Mother Armenia Faction is protesting against the price increase bill outside
the City Hall.
