CSTO Secretary General arrives in Yerevan

CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov has arrived in
Yerevan today. This was stated on the CSTO official website.

It is noted that Tasmagambetov is going to discuss with the
officials in Yerevan the outcomes of the November meeting held in Minsk, during
which over a dozen documents were adopted.

Imangali Tasmagambetov came to Yerevan with this package of
documents, so that Armenia can also join them. A meeting with Armenian Foreign
Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is scheduled within the visit. No mention of other
meetings is made in the CSTO statement. 

As noted, the package that the CSTO secretary general
brought today also includes the issue of a joint CSTO air defense system.
