Trump urges Netanyahu to withdraw Israeli troops from Syria and Lebanon

US President Donald Trump has urged Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu to withdraw Israeli forces from Syria and take similar steps in Lebanon during a phone call, Axios reports.

Citing US and Israeli officials, the outlet said Trump told Netanyahu that Israel should begin redeploying its troops from Syria and also withdraw its forces from Lebanon.
