New reports raise concerns over injuries and possible abuse of Armenian prisoners in Baku
New concerns have emerged over the health condition of Armenian prisoners kept in Baku.
Their representative at the European Court of Human Rights, Siranush Sahakyan, has raised concerns over serious injuries and possible cases of abuse. Artsakh’s former State Minister Artak Beglaryan said the claims are credible, citing accounts from families and testimonies of prisoners who have returned.
