Putin and Aliyev hold phone call

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev held a phone conversation, the Kremlin press service reports.

“The leaders highlighted the constructive nature of Russian-Azerbaijani relations and the increased interaction between the two governments and relevant agencies,” the Kremlin said.
