
3 dead after improvised explosive device explodes at Moscow restaurant
An improvised explosive device detonated at a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square in central Moscow, TASS reports, citing a statement from Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee.
According to the agency, the explosive device was brought into the restaurant by a woman who was killed in the blast.
The explosion left three people dead and injured 21 others to varying degrees, authorities said.
