Russian FM: Armenian citizens should assess the risks of European integration

Russia hopes that the citizens of Armenia will be able to objectively assess the dangers of European integration, Vladislav Maslennikov, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Department of European Problems, said in an interview with РИА Новости.

“In any case, the final choice regarding the country’s development path rests with the citizens of Armenia. In this regard, we would like to believe that they will be able to objectively assess the dangers of the ‘’European integration’’ gamble into which they are currently being drawn,” he said.
