The interstate complaint that Armenia brought with the
European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) against Azerbaijan will be amended to
include the issue of restoring the rights of the people of Artsakh to property.
Spokesperson for the Office of the RA Representative on International Legal
Matters Hasmik Samvelyan said this.
She noted that the lawsuit will be brought in the near
future.
