Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State Matthew Miller responded to the question as to whether the State Department does not see the attempt by Armenia and Azerbaijan to move along through the negotiation process without any mediator.
Miller said: “I’ll say that we do obviously support continued dialogue around that issue. We believe it’s the best way to reach a sustainable end to the conflict, and we will continue to pursue it.”
