Russian Central Election Commission: There has been a voter turnout of 77.44% in the Russian presidential election

The voter turnout in the 2024 Russian presidential election was the highest in the contemporary history of Russia; it stood at 77.44%. Chair of the Central Election Commission of Russia Ella Pamfilova said this.

She noted that almost all polling places have counted ballot papers; 99.74% of the data have already been entered into the “Vybory” state automated system.

As of 10:00 a.m. Moscow time (11:00 a.m. Yerevan time), more than 87 million people have voted in the elections; the CEC will sum up the final results on March 21.
