Hezbollah strikes Israeli army’s brigade headquarters

The armed wing of Lebanese Hezbollah reported its fighters’ attack on the headquarters of the 769th Territorial Brigade and the barracks of the Israeli troops in the city of Kiryat Shmona in the north of Israel, near the border with Lebanon.

Hezbollah said in a statement that the Shia fighters opened fire on the enemy using multiple rocket systems. “The operation of the Islamic resistance was carried out in retaliation for the Israeli attack on the medical center in the village of Al-Khabaria, where seven people were killed,” reads the statement.

According to Al Mayadeen, Hezbollah fired at least 30 rockets into Israel. The mines landed in an industrial area, causing a fire. In total, seven targets were hit, and material damage was inflicted. According to early reports provided by the TV channel, three Israelis were injured.
