The former building of the Armenian Ministry of Defense was blown up. The building was located at 5 Gevorg Chaush St. in Proshyan village. The highway was closed beforehand. The administrative building of the RA State Revenue Committee (RA SRC) will be built on the site of the exploded building. Pashinyan was in Tavush. He went there to meet the residents of Voskepar, Kirants and Berkaber villages. The meeting in Voskepar was tense. Not everyone was allowed to attend the meeting, and the phones of those, who were allowed to take part, were taken.
