If not the youth, if not the students, then who should go on strike? Strikes are our voice and our cry, History teacher Meline Mukoyan told ABC media during a rally in Republic Square today.
“I understand that, considering many things, people cannot come here from different places every time. They can express their protest and disagreement in their workplaces and educational institutions, by going on strike. My call and urge is to join this movement,” the history teacher said.
We reported earlier that today, at 6:30 p.m., participants of the Tavush for the Homeland movement organized a rally in Republic Square. The rally is led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan. Clear concepts related to the spheres of diplomacy and armed forces were presented at the rally. At the end, Archbishop Bagrat announced that tomorrow, at 8:00 a.m. the participants will carry out acts of civil disobedience.
