Russian deputy foreign minister: Moscow expects to open a Russian Consulate General in Kapan by the end of the year

Moscow expects to open a Russian Consulate General in Kapan, Armenia, in the near future. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Ivanov told TASS.

“An order has been issued to open a consulate general in Armenia in the near future, by the end of the year, by our calculations,” the diplomat said.
