Erdogan and Putin’s meeting ends
During the meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit in Astana, references were made to bilateral relations, the situation about the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Syrian settlement, and the fight against terrorism, Anadolu Agency said, referring to the press release issued by the press department of the office of the president of Turkey.
During the meeting, Erdogan stated that Turkey could create grounds for a ceasefire agreement and then for peace between Russia and Ukraine.
