131 thousand 400 people evacuated due to flooding in Japan

Evacuation has been announced in Japan due to the floods. The disaster caused river flooding, landslides, interruptions in electricity supply and mobile communications.

One death and six missing have been reported.

Seven cities and settlements in the west of Honshu island are subject to evacuation, NHK TV channel reports.
