Victory for Chelsea, medal for Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump has kept the gold medal from the FIFA Club World Cup, The Independent reports.

As noted, the U.S. leader simply placed the medal in his pocket with the permission of FIFA President Gianni Infantino. Additionally, by FIFA’s decision, the original trophy of the Club World Cup will be kept at the White House, so the winning team, Chelsea, only received a replica of the trophy.

In the decisive match, Chelsea defeated Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) 3-0, scoring three goals in the first half. Co-players Cole Palmer scored a double in the 22nd and 30th minutes, and João Pedro scored another goal in the 43rd minute.
