Garegin Baghramyan: The number of complaints against Veolia Djur CJSC increases, especially in the summer
Today, Chairman of Public Services Regulatory Commission
Garegin Baghramyan referred to the recent complaints registered against Veolia
Djur CJSC.
“We regularly receive complaints and realize that their
number increases, especially in the summer. In fact, there are problems, and we
have control mechanisms for them. These problems arise from the low levels of
investments,” Baghramyan said.
He noted that considerable investments in the sector are
needed.
To remind, despite high air temperatures, cases of water
supply disruptions in Yerevan and in provinces have grown. According to Veolia
Djur, today, water supply will be cut off in some administrative districts of
Yerevan, namely Davtashen, Arabkir, Nork-Marash, Kanaker-Zeytun, Shengavit, as
well as in the towns of Aparan, Goris and Vayk.
