The Hayakve initiative collected half the minimum number of
signatures within the first two weeks. Twenty-five thousand people joined the
signature collection within two weeks.
“Fourteen thousand nine hundred and fifteen people signed in
Yerevan, 9.630 people in provinces, and 455 people online,” Coordinator of the
Hayakve initiative Avetik Chalabyan said.
However, there have been numerous problems with electronic
signatures. They are not available for RA citizens living abroad. People do not
have the opportunity to participate in the signature collection even from
Artsakh.
