Armenia not attending CSTO Defense Ministers Council meeting

The meeting of the Council of CSTO Ministers of Defense has begun in Almaty. Yury Shuvalov, the representative of the organization’s Secretariat, noted that Armenia is not attending the Council meeting, but is not against the adoption of decisions in a limited format.
