Disputes between states should be settled peacefully, without getting personal, Dmitry Mezentsev, the general secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, noted, commenting on the blunt statements of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan against Belarus.
“I would like the tension to die out as soon as possible,” Mezentsev said.
