Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz responded to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s statement, comparing him to the executed Iraqi leader, Saddam Hussein.
To remind, the Turkish president threatened to invade Israel.
“Erdoğan is following the path of Saddam Hussein and threatens to attack Israel. Just remember what happened there and how it ended,” Katz wrote on X.
Earlier, Erdoğan had announced that Ankara can “enter” Israel as it once entered Libya and Karabakh.
