U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mark Libby wrote on X: “Mr. Patrick Priory, the head of the Europe Eurasia Regional Center of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, visited Baku to consult with the Azerbaijani government on ways of strengthening U.S.-Azerbaijan security relations.”
