There is a problem of diplomatic appropriateness related to the publication of the agreed 13 points of the peace treaty. Conceptually, the content of the agreement has been revealed to the people.
I have touched on those points on different occasions; there is no secrecy issue; there is a problem of diplomatic appropriateness.
By my personal decision, I gave the opportunity to the opposition MPs to get acquainted with those documents. They got acquainted with them, and then made unrelated posts on social media. Then I forbade it, and I did well.
You read the text, then come and invent stories about the text. And shall we sit and do nothing? Where is the logic? You have sued. Well done!
Participating in the ‘3+3” format discussions was the right decision. I myself said that the policy carried out by Armenia is not complementary but a balanced one.
The fact that Azerbaijan brings forward new issues means that it is not very inclined to sign a peace treaty. Our political task is to change the general environment and atmosphere so that the conclusion of a peace treaty becomes realistic.

The issue of enclaves has always existed and still exists. We ourselves cannot give up on that issue, because we have Artsvashen. Another thing is that during the process it should be clarified what is de jure justified and what is not. My stance is very clear: what is de jure justified is justified, what is not de jure justified is not justified.
The issue of Artsakh was used as a noose around the neck of Armenia. Yes, I have made a decision to speak about the issues that I spoke about in the U.N. That is now in the interests of Armenia. You are not sufficiently informed about the real aspirations of the Armenian people. The people of Armenia want what I spoke about in the U.N. As for the issue of Artsakh, Azerbaijan and you are aiming to divert us from the agenda of our real state sovereignty and independence. Now you want us to take that noose and wrap it around Armenia’s neck.
