The Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs
reports that the roads in the country are passable.
As reported by the Emergency Management Agency of the
Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center of the
Republic of North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway has been closed for
all types of vehicles. The restrictions have been imposed because of potential
avalanche danger. Other parts of the road are open.
