UN reducing staff in Damascus

The U.N. is “temporarily” reducing the number of staff in Damascus amid the transition of power to the opposition in Syria, RIA Novosti writes, citing a U.N. official.

“We are temporarily reducing our staff numbers in Damascus,” the official stated.
