Artsakh InfoCenter: The congested traffic on the highway from Stepanakert to Goris has made the transfer of the critically injured impossible

Everyone wishing to move from Artsakh to the Republic of
Armenia will be given that opportunity, the Artsakh InfoCenter reports.

“As agreed, there is no deadline for evacuation. As noted
before, those evacuated, left homeless and wishing to leave for the Republic of
Armenia will be transferred to Armenia in the first place.

The Artsakh authorities will not leave and will carry out
their duties until the evacuation of those wishing to leave is fully arranged.

Meanwhile, to obtain fuel, people cause traffic jams near
gas stations, thus clogging the traffic in the city.

Currently, the transfer of seriously and critically injured
persons to the Republic of Armenia and the entry of essential medical supplies
and other humanitarian goods cannot be arranged on account of the congested
traffic on the highway from Stepanakert to Goris.

Thus, to avoid accidents and to help save the lives of the
injured, we urge everyone not to move to other places for the time being.

With this in mind, we call on the public sector workers and
law enforcement officers to continue to perform their duties for the security
of our compatriots.
