Ursula von der Leyen: Turkey remains a key partner for the EU

The EU-Turkey relationship is important, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen said in an X post.

“Our economic relationship is growing stronger every year. And Türkiye remains a key partner on migration. An extra €1 billion for 2024 is on its way to support Türkiye’s efforts to host Syrian refugees,” the official noted.
