EU transfers €3 billion to Ukraine from frozen Russian assets

The European Union has transferred €3 billion from the proceeds of frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.

Shmyhal detailed that the initiative plans to allocate $50 billion to Ukraine, $20 of which should be provided by the European Union.
