The Sept. 9 presidential elections of Artsakh have led to a
tense domestic political situation in the country, the Artsakh NSS reports.
A number of political forces, playing on the current
situation, call for rallies and demonstrations, thereby trying to destabilize
the situation.
“The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh
will take every measure, within its powers, to face the threats to
constitutional order. In case of such threats, the Artsakh NSS is ready for
decisive actions.
We call on the political forces and other individuals,
trying to throw the country into turmoil, not to put the statehood of the
Republic of Artsakh at risk in this critical and difficult situation for us.
We urge the Artsakh citizens not to respond to provocations,
to show a controlled approach and public consciousness, and to observe the
Constitution and laws of the Republic of Artsakh,” reads the statement.
