Canadian Senator, Former Speaker of the Senate Leo Housakos
made an X (Twitter) post, referring to the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh.

“Over 120,000 ethnic Armenians are trapped in desperate
circumstances by Azerbaijani dictator Ilham Aliyev whilst the West twiddles its
thumbs and gives him a wink. This is shameful!” the senator wrote.
