Member of European Parliament: Humanitarian disaster has struck Nagorno-Karabakh; It is time to impose sanctions on Azerbaijan

Security and Defence Nathalie Loiseau made an X (Twitter) post on the situation
in Artsakh. 

“Humanitarian disaster has struck Nagorno-Karabakh. It
is time to impose sanctions on Azerbaijan,” she wrote.
