Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan made a Facebook post
about the actions starting in the Republic of Armenia today.
The state minister noted that at 11:00 a.m. today, awareness
campaigns regarding the situation in Artsakh will be organized by the Permanent
Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia and the
Operational Headquarters of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh in the
Republic of Armenia.
“The people of Artsakh, who are now facing a grave
humanitarian crisis, have risen up and are calling on the Armenian nation in
Armenia and the diaspora. However, even in a situation like this, there are
people who are looking for excuses, instead of trying to address issues of
utmost importance. One refuses to participate in the action if it is not
against Russians, others are against the West, others demand that we gather in
front the RA Government building, instead of those of embassies. Others demand
something else. As someone who is perfectly aware of the desperate situation in
Artsakh, I should ask everyone to stop making excuses, to unite and act. We
have work to do in all directions. However, if you can’t help making up excuses
justifying your inaction, at least make sure not to stand in our way,,”
the state minister wrote.
