Russian Railways is open to dialogue with Armenia

Russian Railways (RZD) is fulfilling all terms of its concession agreement with Armenia and remains open to dialogue on various issues and proposals, the head of company Oleg Belozerov told Izvestia.

He emphasized that RZD maintains continuous contact with its Armenian partners and, for its part, pays meticulous attention to executing every provision of the agreement operating under joint acts.

“Accordingly, various questions and proposals arise, which we discuss together to map out specific actions. Our Armenian colleagues raise a variety of questions, and we are open to dialogue,” Belozerov noted.
