Ushakov shared details regarding the talks between Putin and Witkoff

Russian President Vladimir Putin informed US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff of Russia’s readiness to resume trilateral negotiations on Ukraine on November 10, according to presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“Our president informed Steve Witkoff that, in principle, we are ready to resume the mentioned trilateral talks on the main topic on November 10,” Ushakov told reporters.

He added that this topic concerns building a post-conflict security framework for Russia and Ukraine.

Witkoff noted that Russia’s decision to resume trilateral talks would be received with great satisfaction by Trump.

The central issue of the meeting between Putin and Witkoff was the situation in Ukraine.

Witkoff pointed out new settlement approaches from the Europeans and Kyiv, though noting they offer little practical value.

Putin presented Witkoff with an objective assessment of the situation on the frontline, where Russian forces hold the initiative.

Putin and Witkoff also discussed in detail the potential implementation of large-scale economic projects between Russia and the US.

Additionally, Kushner joined via videoconference to share his assessment of the issues discussed during the meeting.
