The U.S. Air Forces have confirmed the crash of a U.S. F-16 fighter jet off the coast of South Korea. The pilot safely ejected.
“The F-16 Falcon fighter jet, which suffered an in-flight emergency, has crashed,” the U.S. Air Forces report.
The pilot safely ejected and survived. He was found unconscious about an hour after the incident. He was taken to hospital. The cause of the accident is under investigation and will be released later.
