The Russian air defense forces intercepted three Ukrainian drones over Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and destroyed one over Belgorod Oblast, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.
“A Ukrainian attempt to mount fixed-wing drone terrorist attacks on targets in Russia was foiled overnight,” the ministry noted.
In Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, drones were intercepted in the large industrial city of Dzerzhinsk, Mayor Ivan Noskov said. According to him, the drones were launched to attack the industrial zone.
