French troops not to be sent to Ukraine, Lavrov arrives in Turkey: Situation in the world tense

France is not planning to send troops to Ukraine, French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Stéphane Séjourné said. He noted, “The French will not die for Ukraine; we will not send troops.”
