Henrikh Mkhitaryan: I have no desire to become a football coach

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the former captain of the Armenia national football team and attacking midfielder for Inter Milan, does not intend to become a coach after ending his sporting career. He said this during a program on FROG TALKS YouTube channel.

“I have no desire to become a football coach. I have already spent enough time on the field. Coaching requires much more time, as well as analysis and discussions with football players. So, I don’t want that. Maybe a sporting director,” the 35-year-old midfielder said.

According to Mkhitaryan, after ending his career, he will stay in Milan until his son grows up and decides whether he wants to play football or not.

“If he decides to become a footballer, we will stay in Milan. If not, we will return to Armenia,” Henrikh said.
