Lavrov: The creation of a Palestinian state is historically inevitable

The creation of a Palestinian state is historically
inevitable. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this in his interview
with RT. 

He noted that most of the discussions on the future of the
Gaza Strip do not pay due attention to the creation of a Palestinian state,
alongside Israel. 

Lavrov noted that the cessation of hostilities and the
adoption of measures aimed at addressing humanitarian problems are central
regarding the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

“The central issue is the cessation of hostilities and the
adoption of measures for tackling humanitarian problems,” Lavrov noted.
