New batch of promises: What have we received from Brussels?

As announced earlier, economic issues were discussed during the tripartite meeting between Pashinyan, Blinken and Ursula von der Leyen. It is already clear that the EU has promised Armenia €270 million, while the U.S. $65 million. In return for what are they giving so much money to Armenia?
