Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakaev said that the date for the planned talks between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan has not yet been decided, as Armenia has not responded to the proposal.
Bakaev expressed hope that the talks would take place.
According to him, it is no coincidence that Kazakhstan proposed becoming a platform for those talks, as the mediating role of the country in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has been known since the ‘90s of the last century.
