Armenia and Azerbaijan have confirmed their participation in the negotiations scheduled for Kazakhstan; the date of the meeting will be announced later, Aybek Smadiyarov, the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan, told RIA Novosti.
“The negotiations between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will take place in Almaty,” Smadiyarov said.
