Russia and Ukraine exchange 95 POWs each under UAE mediation

Ninety-five Russian servicemen have been released from Ukrainian captivity, the Ministry of Defense of Russia said.

“After negotiations, 95 Russian servicemen who faced mortal danger in captivity have returned from the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime,” the ministry said.

In return, Kyiv received the same number of Ukrainian POWs. This exchange was brokered by the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
