French ambassador: I have captured total occupation of Armenian territories

French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies monitored
the border with the EU Mission in Armenia. Decottignies made an X post on this.

“I have captured the continuing occupation of separate parts
of the Armenian territory by Azerbaijan,” he wrote.
