The visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the U.S. was very difficult, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said.
“I consider this visit difficult, very difficult, but very important,” Yermak noted.
According to the official, the visit was “very important both in terms of content and time”. At the same time, he advised not to forget that “a very complicated presidential campaign is going on” in the U.S.
“The presidential campaign in the United States is very tense, very sensitive. The stance of both the president and our entire team is very principled. We don’t want to say anything that can be used primarily against Ukraine,” he said.
