Armenia skips CSTO defense ministers’ meeting in Moscow

Armenia is not attending the meeting of the CSTO Defense Ministers’ Council taking place in Moscow, a TASS correspondent reports.

No Armenian representatives are present. The Armenian state flag is displayed alongside the flags of the other CSTO member states.
