US and Iran trade strikes

The United States has struck more than 80 military targets in Iran in response to Iranian attacks on commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) has said.

Later, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it targeted 85 US military facilities in Bahrain and Kuwait.

“As an initial response to this aggression, the IRGC’s naval and aerospace forces, in a joint operation using missiles and drones, struck 85 key US military facilities at Salman Port, home to the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain, and at Kuwait’s Ali Al Salem Air Base,” the IRGC stated.
